My journey into health and wellness began with personal transformation and a desire for deeper healing. After losing 40 pounds and experiencing a natural approach to pregnancy and birth, I became passionate about strength training, pelvic floor health, and uncovering the hidden toxins in our food and environment. I’ve learned that true wellness goes beyond diet—it starts with rebalancing the body and supporting natural healing from the inside out. As a certified Integrative Health Practitioner, I help others reclaim their energy and vitality by addressing root causes, not just symptoms. I'm also a devoted wife and mom of two, who finds joy in family, faith, and an active, purpose-filled life.
